No 1 Boot Camp is a residential health and fitness retreat in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. It's the most fun way to achieve your fitness and weight-loss goals and lifestyle changes, with 7 days of hard work and military style fitness exercise sessions plus a carefully co-ordinated calorie controlled menu. But it's not all hard work and there are fun & relaxing evenings to enjoy.
You will stay at a delightful farm-house on the picturesque north Norfolk coastline with your own double room with en-suite bathroom and will have tasty home-cooked meals prepared by a talented chef.
The camp has two fully trained military fitness personnel to get you in shape with around six hours of exercises daily to suits all levels of fitness.

Terms and Conditions
- To enter the prize draw your email address must be submitted via the popup form. Even if you are already registered for the Bluebella newsletter, please submit your email address on the popup form to enter the prize draw.
- Email addresses are for the use of Bluebella, and will not be submitted to a third party.
- The prize consists of a 7-day residential stay at No.1 Boot Camp's Norfolk location.
- Travel costs are not included
- The prize must be taken by the 31st December 2016 and is subject to availability for the winner's preferred dates.
- Bluebella employees, or those of any company associated with, are not eligible to enter.
- The closing date is midnight GMT on 31st July, 2016. Entries after this time will not be included.
- The winning entry will be randomly drawn from the entry pool within 28 days of the draw closing, and the winner informed by email using the submitted email address.
- If no response is received within a further 28 days, Bluebella reserve the right to withdraw the prize and award it to a new winner drawn from the remaining entries.
- Bluebella may request that the winners name and image is published on the Bluebella website and social media platforms.
